At PiiMedia, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or business questions, please feel free to contact us. However, if you feel that the service you purchased is not the best fit for your needs and you have tried to resolve the issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

While we would love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a partial refund within 3 days of your purchase date. If the 3 days have passed and you have a problem, you can contact us at any time via email  SUPPORT or via the Contact Us page to resolve your issue.

Once you request a refund, you cannot resubscribe to our service at any time in the future.
